Professional Overview
Khalil Qureshi is the Chief Operating Officer of Brownstone Consulting Firm, where he leads the firm’s international expansion across India, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. He is responsible for building BCF’s operating entities, government and institutional partnerships, and go-to-market strategies across these key international markets.
Born and raised in Hyderabad before relocating to the United States in the early 1990s, Khalil brings more than two decades of executive-level experience spanning cybersecurity strategy, cloud infrastructure security, product leadership, and enterprise program management.
As COO, he oversees the development of BCF operations in Hyderabad, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Jeddah, including entity structuring, regulatory registration, banking, and early-stage partnerships with universities and government institutions. He also helps ensure that BCF’s cybersecurity and AI governance engagements are delivered consistently and aligned with NIST, ISO, and other globally recognized frameworks.
International Operations & Leadership
Khalil plays a central role in establishing and scaling Brownstone Consulting Firm’s international presence. His responsibilities include operational setup, regulatory coordination, institutional partnerships, market-entry strategy, and the development of sustainable business infrastructure across India and the Middle East.
His leadership combines deep technology experience with hands-on knowledge of international markets, enabling BCF to execute complex cybersecurity, AI governance, and technology initiatives across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining global standards of quality and compliance.
Work Experience
With more than two decades of executive and technology leadership experience, Khalil has built a career across cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, financial services, product management, and enterprise technology.
Prior to joining Brownstone Consulting Firm, he served as Vice President of Product Management at JPMorgan Chase, where he led product strategy and development across multiple lines of business.
