Marilyn Denise Young is a cybersecurity awareness and training leader with more than 15 years of experience across government, enterprise learning, human risk, and security communication.
Her experience ranges from serving as an external auditor for the Department of Justice to information security awareness coordination and lead facilitation for the U.S. House of Representatives.
Marilyn has designed annual awareness programs, role-based training, phishing resilience initiatives, and Cybersecurity Awareness Month experiences. Her work has included managing an immersive phishing program serving approximately 73,000 learners around the world.
She has also supported incident response tabletop exercises, learning management systems, vendor migrations, curriculum redesign, and tailored education for employees, contractors, and Congressional offices—connecting security requirements to behavior people can sustain.
